Your one-of-a-kind Bundle will never be resold in its exact form, making it perfect for fabric printing, sublimation, vinyl, leather, or other creative small shop projects. Average turnaround time (TAT) is 21 business days for 5-20pcs and 14-35 business days or sooner depending on workload, with regular updates sent to you. Three rounds of revisions are included — additional changes will incur extra charges, and client responses are required within 48 hours to avoid delays. By purchasing, you agree to the following terms:

• Rights: You CAN use these to sell digitally. Including seamless files, PNGs, party invitations, etc. You CANNOT sell these as is. You MUST make it your own before listing for resell. 

• Usage: Personal and small business use only unless a commercial agreement is made. No reselling, sharing, tracing, or uploading to print-on-demand sites.

• Watermarking: All previews/mockups must be watermarked to prevent theft.

• Fonts: Fonts used are licensed to Trash Pixies Digitals and may be reused in future designs.

• Refunds: No refunds after work begins. I will only issue a refund only if I cannot complete the design or have exceeded the TAT without communication.

• Abandonment: Non-response within 5 days of completion counts as abandonment — all rights revert to me, and the file may be resold or reused.

• Licensing: Fabric shops, leather/vinyl shops, sublimation sellers, or supply shops must purchase a license for production.
